Big Bear Yoga Teacher TrainingBig Bear Yoga’s Teacher Training is for you if you want to teach yoga. It is also for you if you have the desire to deepen your yoga practice and knowledge or learn about the yogic lifestyle. The Yoga Teacher Training will provide you with the basic knowledge to teach Hatha Yoga, and at the completion of the course you will be certified by Big Bear Yoga. You can then apply for a Yoga Alliance 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certificate. Big Bear Yoga’s Teacher Training course is a special offering that includes group classes, assistant teaching, observation, phone and online classes. Self-study, volunteering and homework is a part of the course requirements. The flexibility of the Big Bear Yoga Teacher Training is so students can learn the fundamentals but also dive into the parts of yoga that each student is interested in and drawn to. Unlike other online classes where you just read some outlines and watch a video, our Yoga Teacher Training includes one-on-one training. That means connecting with you, being available for your questions and taking time with you on your journey.

Payment plans are available! There are only 3 required reading books to borrow or purchase, and limited additional out of pocket costs.

Senior Yoga, Chair Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Veteran Focused Yoga. Yoga for Under Served Populations – all focuses, styles and abilities are welcome! Limited mobility, injury recovery and special needs are welcome. Tuition grants available on a limited basis. Please ask!
