Being a gymnast most of her life, Nicole was instantly drawn to the physical aspects of yoga. It was not until practicing for some time at The Yoga Room and completing her 200 hour training and certification through Yoga Works, that she discovered the importance and relevance of the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. She brings this passion for all aspects of yoga into her teaching. With gentle flows or more challenging classes, Nicole uses a variety of music to set the mood and find the balance between strength and ease in each pose. Overall, Nicole seeks to encourage students in the benefits and rewards a yoga practice has to offer. The Yoga Room
