Julisa Smith


Julisa loves to laugh! Julisa Smith is a certified Laughter Yoga instructor. She has been studying the health benefits of laughter since 2004 and passionately continues her research and sharing of the subject. A recent transplant to Big Bear, Julisa looks forward to sharing this love for healthy laughter.

Laughter Yoga teaches us to let the tensions and stresses of the day melt away as we learn to find joy in every breath. Julisa’s Lauther Yoga classes combine stretching, breathing, and laughing. During the class shed  critical thinking, teach ourselves to laugh unconditionally, and leave with an increased sense of joy, hope, and a positive outlook on life. Big Bear Yoga
